Both Steve and Debbie Flanagan come from strong Military families. Steve’s father, uncles, and brother all served in the Army, and Debbie’s father was a Ceremonial Guard in the Navy. This is one reason their family is now strong JDog supporters. They’re passionate about JDog’s mission of decreasing the Veteran unemployment rate to under 1%. Not only do Steve and Debbie run multiple JDog franchises—including Carpet Cleaning and Floor Care Wilmington—but their son Stephen is a lead technician at JDog Carpet Cleaning in Bryn Mawr.

Steve is a lifelong resident of Delaware County, and he and Debbie currently reside in Media, PA, but they opened JDog Carpet Cleaning Wilmington to expand their reach and provide New Castle County locals with superior indoor and outdoor cleaning services. From cleaning upholstery and mattresses to help eliminate household allergens to maintaining patios and walkways with heated power washing, Delaware residents and business owners can trust this JDog family to effectively clean a wide range of surfaces.
